風力脫標機  Label Remover

     本機主要用于套標類的PET塑料瓶商標紙的分離，是PET瓶破碎和清洗前必備的輔助設備之一。脫標機由兩大部分組成，一、脫標環節：由脫標筒、主軸、動刀及筒壁上螺絲刀粒組成，二、分離環節：由風力分離系統、除標系統組成，配獨立的攪標系統，防止標簽紙因水分吸附、堵塞在出標口，高轉速風機快速吸出、分離標簽。 具有效率高、檢修方便、操作簡易等特點。 圓瓶脫標率達98%以上。 

1. Label remover was designed for separating PVC labels from PET bottles. It especially has become an indispensable part of PET bottle recycling line.

2. Wear-resistant blades which having silicon carbide cutter teeth are welded on the shafts. The cutter teeth tear the label on the bottle surface, so that the label does not stick to the bottle body.

3. The suction separator (detachable) is used to completely separate the bottle body and the label. Convenient maintenance.
